The Behavioral Health & Addiction Medicine Case Manager is responsible for coordinating care and
supporting patients with behavioral health and substance use disorders throughout their treatment
journey. This position serves as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, helping patients
access treatment, navigate healthcare systems, address social determinants of health, and achieve
treatment goals.
The Case Manager works closely with behavioral health clinicians, addiction counselors, psychiatric
providers, medical providers, community agencies, and family supports to
improve patient engagement, retention, and overall health outcomes.

The LCADC IOP Program Lead is responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational
oversight for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and other substance use disorder treatment
services. This position serves as the primary coordinator for IOP programming, ensuring the
delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment while supporting program development, regulatory
compliance, patient engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The IOP Program Lead will maintain a clinical caseload, facilitate therapeutic groups, provide
substance use assessments, coordinate treatment planning, and support the expansion of addiction

The fundamental reason this classification exists is to ensure that the medical records for JRMC and its patients are available in an efficient and timely manner. The position requires that the medical records technician compile, process, and maintain patients’ records in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of CJMC.
